The first half of season 5 found greatness by exploring empire building Walter White at his narcissistic, self-aggrandizing, say-my-name! worst, and by giving us a sweep of episodes (from ''Fifty-One'' to ''Gliding Over All'') that were as almost-flawless as Walt's blue sky meth. —Jeff Jensen
